Storage for your advance boxes and convention supplies is quite limited at the hotel. If you are anticipating shipping a large volume of materials, we suggest you consult your Catering/Event Manager as soon as possible to reserve a room. You may also plan to utilize your staff office or hospitality room for storage.
Advance shipments cannot be accepted more than 3 business days prior to your event's start. Hotel cannot provide security, and is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If storing valuables, please make arrangements to hire and pay for outside security.
