Packages for functions may be delivered to the hotel up to 3 business days prior to the event. Arrangements must be made through your Catering/Event Manager for storage. Please note that the hotel storage facilities are extremely limited and a fee may be charged depending on the number, size and/or weight of the items to be stored. Please do not ship valuables. We cannot be responsible for contents.
When shipping materials to the hotel, please include the following information on all packages to insure proper delivery and storage:
·Conference and (if applicable) Exhibitor Name
·Attention: (Catering/Event Manager)
·Your Phone Number
·Number of packages in that shipment
We also recommend that you have a packing slip both inside and outside of each package.

Groups are responsible for the packing and return of all packages following the conclusion of their event. The hotel does not provide shipping materials. Please bring any boxes, tape, or packing slips you will requires.
FedEx and UPS do not have regularly scheduled pick-ups from this location. It is your responsibility to contact them to schedule a pickup, after your packages are sealed and a label with payment/account information is affixed to each item. Hotel staff will assist with moving your packages to a secure pickup location.
